Russ Relph grew up in Bel Aire, Kansas. He began framing homes and apartments at age 15, continuing through his graduation from Heights High School in 1980. In 1993, Russ started Relph Construction, Inc. building homes and commercial projects in and around Wichita, Kansas. With over 35 years of building experience Relph Construction continues to be a family owned and operated business.
Relph Construction has built in neighborhoods such as Ridgeport, Forest Lakes, Sierra Hills, Tara Falls, Casa Bella, Sand Plum, Reflection Lakes, and The Courts II in addition to homes on private acreage outside of Wichita. Relph has also won several WABA Parade of Homes ribbons for home design and master suite and bath design.
