How Do I Tour Your Homes?

Follow our signs to the community office. They are open from Thursday-Monday from 1-5 PM. You will sign in with your license and you will receive keys to all our homes to view by yourself at your own leisure.

Do I Need An Agent To Tour Your Homes?

For the first visit no agent is required. However, for any future visits/inquires you ARE required to use our on-site agent to assist you or if you prefer other representation, they must be present and handle all communications.

How Do I Reserve A Lot?

You choose the lot you want to build your dream home by viewing our current plat map of available lots and their prices. Once you’ve found the perfect spot, there will be a $250-500 deposit (based on lot) to hold that lot for up to 30 days.

No, our managers are transaction brokers meaning they are a neutral party there only to facilitate the transaction.

How long does it take to build a custom home

The timeline for building a home depends on many factors, but the standard estimate is about 9-12 months.

What Are Custom and Spec Homes?

A custom home is built for a specific customer’s needs while a spec home is starter by the builder as a quick possession option to cut town or eliminate the construction wait time.

What is the Wichita Parade of Homes?

Wichita Parade of Homes is an event organized by the Wichita Area Builders Association (WABA) to showcase local homebuilders. It takes place twice a year in Spring and Fall during multiple weekends. You can visit any home on the Parade of Homes list from 1-5 PM during the weekends of the event to tour without any obligations or pressure.
